Sep. 1945 Murata Forge Company founded at Nagadohe in the city of Kanazawa by Seisaku Murata as a private enterprise.
Apr. 1963 Reorganized the company with capital of ¥4.8 million, and changed the name to Murata Iron Works Co., Ltd.
Feb. 1965 Started production and sales of casters.
Jun. 1972 Formed Murata Shoji Co., Ltd. as a separate sales unit.
Apr. 1974 'SISIKU' brand name casters introduced.

Dec. 1998 Licensed a importer of medical instruments under Ishikawa prefectural governor.

May 2004 Appointed as general sales agent in Japan for Blickle Rader + GmbH u. Co. KG (Germany).
Aug. 2004 Demerged its Engineering Division to form SISIKU TECHNO CORPORATION.
